FLY! GUI based RAW file editing utilitiy

To use it, simply run double-click FLYRAWGUI. You can then choose a function, then select files

A few notes:

• The BMP file is always put in the same directory as the RAW file
• If no ACT file exists, a default grayscale palette is generated. When you convert it back, an ACT file is created, but you can safely delete it.
• RAW files do not contain image size information. If the file size is a perfect square, the size is automatically chosen. Otherwise, you will need to choose the size from a dialog.
• Most of the common errors are handled, but it's not bulletproof. Moral of the story - if it breaks, don't don that again.
